U.S. Early Alert Watch Service Our current U.S. Trademark Watch Service and our International Trademark Watch Service (which includes the United States) provide our subscribers with particulars of published U.S. applications which may be of interest. We are now offering subscribers an additional watch service which will provide the particulars of U.S. trademark and service mark applications which were recently filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. This will enable subscribers to take action against third party applications well prior to their being published in the U.S. Official Gazette. Subscribers to this new service may also more readily reach resolutions of potential conflicts before applicants become fully committed to their recently applied for trademarks. Our annual charge for this service is $215 per mark. We also offer a combined service which will include both recently filed U.S. applications as well as published U.S. applications. The annual charge for the combined service is $345 per mark.
