Internet Domain Name Watch Services
Both of our Watch Services will alert you, on a weekly basis by e-mail, to domain name registrations which are exactly the same or similar to the marks entered. Our gTLD only Watch Service covers the following domains: .COM, .NET, .ORG, .BIZ, .COOP, .PRO, .NAME, .INFO, .AERO, .JOBS, .MOBI, .TRAVEL and .CAT. As future gTLD extensions are approved and implemented, they will be included in this service. Our comprehensive TLD Watch Service (the second option mentioned above) includes not only a watch for exact and similar gTLD registrations, but it also covers ccTLDs in over 200 jurisdictions worldwide. These Watch Services provide the following information: the Domain Name, Whois report, link to the Website, if available, title of the Website, if available, and the name and e-mail address of one of our attorneys who can be contacted. Our annual charges for these new Domain Name Watch Services are, as follows: • gTLD only Watch Service - $290 each mark. • Comprehensive TLD Watch Service (including gTLDs and ccTLDs) - $515 each mark.
